Service Areas

We work across Collier County and just over the line in southern Lee County. In the city of Naples and Pelican Bay, much of the work is in condos, villas and older single-family homes close to the Gulf, where elevation is only a few feet and flood rules shape how homes have been rebuilt. North Naples, Vineyards, Island Walk and Verona Walk lean toward 1990s and 2000s homes in gated communities, where attic upgrades and roofline foam come up when a roof is replaced. Golden Gate, Golden Gate Estates and Orangetree are inland, with larger lots, more detached houses, and more garages and outbuildings. To the south, Lely, Lely Resort and Naples Manor mix older ranch homes and newer planned neighborhoods. Marco Island, Goodland, Everglades City and Chokoloskee sit at the water's edge and have all been hit hard by hurricanes. Ave Maria and Immokalee round out the inland side of the county, and Bonita Springs and Estero are just to the north.
