How Spray Foam Insulation Naples Works

Spray Foam Insulation Naples insulates and air seals homes, condos, garages and small commercial buildings across Naples and the rest of Collier County. We spray open-cell and closed-cell foam, blow loose-fill into attics and walls, and pull out insulation that is wet, matted, contaminated or simply in the way of a better job.

In Southwest Florida the problem is heat and humidity, not cold. An attic over a Naples house can bake well past the outdoor temperature on a summer afternoon, and in many homes the air handler and ductwork sit right up there in that heat. So a visit from us usually starts overhead. We look at the insulation already in place and measure its depth, check where the ducts and air handler are, look for daylight at the eaves and gable vents, and note gaps around can lights, the attic hatch, plumbing stacks and dropped soffits.

We also look for the things insulation should never bury: roof leaks, stained decking, wet drywall, signs of rodents, and termite activity near the slab edge. If any of those turn up, we tell you before we price anything.

How a job runs

  • Look first. No phone quotes. We see the attic, walls and garage you want done.
  • Explain the choice. Foam at the roofline, foam on the attic floor, or blown-in plus air sealing: each has a place, and we tell you which fits your house and why.
  • Write it down. Each area on the quote lists the material, thickness or depth, target R-value and price.
  • Protect the house. Floors and furnishings get covered, and the work area is closed off while foam is sprayed.
  • Plan the re-entry. Spray foam needs the house aired out before people return. We give you the timing in advance so you can plan around it.
  • Change nothing without asking. Work starts after you approve the quote, and any change is agreed in writing first.

Who calls us

Owners of 1970s and 1980s ranch homes whose AC never seems to catch up in August. Condo and villa owners with a hot top-floor unit. New owners who found thin or storm-soaked insulation during an inspection. Homeowners re-roofing after a storm who want foam on the deck while it is exposed. Business owners with a metal building or warehouse that turns into an oven by noon.
